- Add the canonical concept doc 'The Agent Harness' (docs/guides/agent-harness.md) + nav entry: what the harness is, each piece mapped to a feature, honest about shipped vs in-progress. - Add blog post /blog/30 'Go Micro is an Agent Harness' (the public articulation; precise about what ships today vs the Now/Next roadmap). - Align the ROADMAP.md opening line to the agent-harness framing.
