Shelley a80d75e15e refactor(cli): rename generate directory to gen for consistency
Run Tests / Unit Tests (push) Has been cancelled
Run Tests / Etcd Integration Tests (push) Has been cancelled
Directory name now matches the command alias:
  cmd/micro/cli/gen/ -> micro gen handler
