feat: add standalone MCP gateway binary (#2870)
Add cmd/micro-mcp-gateway for production MCP gateway deployment
independent of micro run. Supports:
- Registry selection: mdns, consul, etcd (via --registry flag)
- Rate limiting per tool (--rate-limit, --rate-burst)
- JWT authentication (--auth)
- Per-tool scope requirements (--scope tool=scope1,scope2)
- Audit logging to stdout (--audit)
- Environment variable configuration for all flags
- Dockerfile for containerized deployment
Usage:
micro-mcp-gateway --address :3000 --registry consul --registry-address consul:8500
