`requiremetns.txt`[#352 ] and the code shell in the installation guide[#367 ] teach us audiocraft requires PyTorch 2.1.0,
so I modified the guide a little (2.0.0 -> 2.1.0)

Uses python -m pip style for installation

Updates the readme to use `python -m pip install` style for
installing python packages. This is what we suggest at upstream
to reduce the confusion of which Python interpreter is being used.
