MagMueller fc2a22b7d5 try WS handshake once, not 12 times

Each retry created a new CDPClient which opened a new WebSocket
connection, triggering Chrome's "Allow debugging" dialog again.
12 retries = 12 stacked popups the user has to dismiss.

Now tries once. If it fails, tells the user to click Allow and
retry — no popup spam.

Browser Harness ♞

The simplest, thinnest, self-healing harness that gives LLM complete freedom to complete any browser task. Built directly on CDP.

The agent writes what's missing, mid-task. No framework, no recipes, no rails. One websocket to Chrome, nothing between.

Read `install.md` first to install and connect this repo to my real browser. Then read `SKILL.md` for normal usage. Always read `helpers.py` because that is where the functions are.
