App name, bundle identifier (com.openworker.desktop), publisher, updater endpoint + release artifact names, DMG background art, GUI/server copy, scratch dir default, README + quickstart. Auth0 tenant domain and API audience keep their registered legacy identifiers on purpose; internal ids (ocw event names, env vars, relay stage) are unchanged.
